Step 1

2) Choose the one that suits you best, and add it to your cart.

3) Need help ? Upload photos of the damage via our contact page, and our team will guide you.
Step 2

1) After your payment, You will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk folder if necessary).

2) Print a copy or write your order number, name, contact details, and issue description on a paper and include it in the package.
Step 3

1) Please pack your glasses safely, ideally in a hard case, and send them to us using a courier of your choice. You’ll need to cover the postage

2) Preferably with Royal Mail or another delivery service of your choice.

100% recommend. Glasses came back looking new. Bent arms straightened, broken hinge repaired and cleaned. Fast repair, kept updated on status and reasonably priced. I’m useless at looking after glasses, usually sitting on them or falling asleep with them on, even the dog chewed them once, so no doubt I’ll be using them again at some point but very happy to do so.
