A Great Customer Service Experience

It is not often that I feel that I need to write a review but Opto Glass Repair absolutely deserve the credit for great customer service. I posted my glasses on Monday and I write this on Thursday having just received them back, repaired, cleaned and with two personalised cloth cleaners with my name on, a very nice touch Opto team. Given they are an expensive pair of glasses I was nervous sending them to a business I had never heard of before needing their services, but I got three emails updating me on progress and it makes the whole experience so much better. The repair looks good too, thanks for a top job ! Highly recommend.
